Silicone oil cleaning agent product use:
This product can be used to clean silicone rubber and plastic parts, and can also be used to clean clothes. It is suitable for spraying and ultrasonic cleaning process. Clothes, aluminum and soft metal surfaces, aluminum trays for medical equipment, phosphate-sensitive utensils in the laboratory, sensitive aviation scientific materials, pharmaceutical process equipment, medical equipment and electronic components, etc. Has a good cleaning and anti-rust effect.

Instructions for use of silicone oil cleaning agent:
The silicone oil cleaning agent is diluted with water to prepare a solution with a concentration of 1% and 2%. To clean serious pollution, increase the solution concentration. Heating the solution (40 to 50 degrees Celsius) or using an ultrasonic cleaning bath can greatly shorten the cleaning time. After the cleaning material is taken out of the solution, it should be rinsed thoroughly immediately. Do not let the cleaning material stand for too long before rinsing. It is recommended to rinse with water three times to ensure complete removal of contaminants and residual traces of cleaning solution. After cleaning the objects, dry them carefully. Use a lint-free cloth or hot air to dry them. The use concentration of this product is 1-2%; the cleaning time is 1-3 minutes; the cleaning temperature: room temperature -80℃, it can be sprayed when it is above 50℃.

Precautions
1. It is recommended to wear rubber gloves and do not touch directly with your hands; if touched by mistake, please rinse with water;
2. Silicone oil cleaning agent should not be drunk. If it gets into eyes accidentally, rinse with water immediately;

Dimethyl silicone oil is also called methyl silicone oil. The main chain of the molecule is composed of silicon and oxygen atoms, and the side group connected with silicon is a methyl group. The viscosity range at 25°C is 10~200 000mm2/s, it is a colorless, transparent, non-toxic and odorless oily substance. It has excellent electrical insulation and heat resistance, high flash point and low freezing point, and can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -50~+200℃. The viscosity-temperature coefficient is small, the compression rate is large, the surface tension is small, the water and moisture resistance is good, and the specific heat capacity and thermal conductivity are small.

Silicone oil has good low-temperature fluidity, which is an important advantage over ordinary oils. The pour point can be used to measure the balance. The so-called pour point is the low temperature indicated by the fluid beginning to lose its ability to flow. Although the pour point is similar to the freezing point of a pure compound, the pour point of polymer fluids is not clearly defined and can vary with different measurement methods. Silicone oils with low molecular weight or low viscosity are basically Newtonian fluids, that is to say. The obtained viscosity does not change with the shear rate. All fluids subjected to high pressure show a tendency to reduce their volume somewhat.
Cleaning method one: ultrasonic cleaning
1. Dilution ratio: detergent: water=1:5-20, the concentration of the solution should be increased if the cleaning pollution is serious.
2. Cleaning process: detergent: water = 1:5-20 dilute (heat 45-65℃ ultrasonic cleaning) → rinse with clean water until clean → dry and dry.
3. Cleaning time: The cleaning time is 5-10 minutes, and the cleaning time can be extended depending on the degree of dirt.
4. Cleaning temperature: It is recommended that the room temperature is above 60-80℃

Cleaning method two: soak cleaning
1. Dilution ratio: detergent: water=1:5-20, the concentration of the solution should be increased if the cleaning pollution is serious.
2. Cleaning process: detergent: water=1:5-20 to dilute → soak the cleaning material (continuously agitate or brush) → rinse with clean water until it is clean → dry and dry.
3. Cleaning time: The cleaning time is 15-30 minutes, and the cleaning time can be extended depending on the degree of dirt.
4. Cleaning temperature: It is recommended that the room temperature is above 60-80℃

Cleaning method three: spray cleaning
1. Dilution ratio: detergent: water=1:5-20, the concentration of the solution should be increased if the cleaning pollution is serious.
2. Cleaning process: detergent: water=1:5-20 dilute (spray cleaning at 60-80℃) → rinse with clean water until clean → dry and dry.
3. Cleaning time: The cleaning time is 5-10 minutes, and the cleaning time can be extended depending on the degree of dirt.
4. Cleaning temperature: It is recommended that the room temperature is above 60-80℃
